refreshed the page and it started to install theme again

Moove theme got installed too

academi theme applied but after logging back  theme not showing up

when using the snap and validation of eProctoring it shows error 

Reason: It is more flexible to use curl instead of fopen and file_get_content for opening a webpage.

The reason of doing this is I configured my apache for local virtual hosting rather than localhost (available in the next post). I found the error as mentioned below, and I tried different solution to solve it. I did few of the things to solve, they are as follows: Removed and installed MySQL server.
