 1.IOMAD/Moodle Multi Tenancy Themes:

Moove theme don't have much settings for UI customization which is famous and most downloaded Moodle theme.


2. VPL Question Type   

They have mentioned few know bugs (Evaluation failures,2Test cases hacking).
so VPL question type will not support our requirement.

3. Jobe Server
We configured jobe server in our local server. According to their documentation it will supports only 100 hits per hour. And also it will support only limited number of languages.

installing Laravel v8.0.1 in Windows 10 Pro x64bit
